How BIND works.

BIND is a marketplace for direct token trades. A buyer and a seller agree on a quantity, price and fees. Tokens and payment exchange together when the trade is accepted.

Use Trade for one buyer and one seller. Use Group deals when several buyers want to purchase from the same seller. My trades is where you manage your existing commitments and see what happened.

On Browse offers, ‘Buy ABC’ means you pay USDG and receive ABC. ‘Sell ABC’ means you supply ABC and receive USDG. The displayed total includes the offer’s platform and broker fees; network gas is separate.

Make an offer lets you set your own terms. A sell offer reserves your tokens. A buy offer reserves your USDG. You can cancel an unaccepted offer and recover its funding. Once accepted, the trade is final.

Request a price is free and reserves no money. It asks another participant to make a funded offer. Review that offer before accepting; a request itself does not execute a trade.

A seller offers tokens at lower prices for larger combined purchases. Each buyer chooses a quantity and maximum price. BIND reserves enough USDG to cover that buyer’s limit.

For example, a seller might offer 1,000 tokens at 0.82 USDG each, or 2,000 at 0.79. You can commit to buy 100 with a maximum price of 0.80. Your purchase can only be included at 0.80 or less. These numbers are an example, not a live offer.

An eligible group can close as soon as its buyers meet a published price tier. It does not have to wait for the lowest possible price. Tokens arrive when the group closes, and unused funding becomes available to claim.

Your contribution is committed until closing or expiry. To leave sooner, request a replacement: another buyer must fund the same position before your contribution is released. If the group expires without a purchase, close it to release funding, then claim your balance.

Sell to a group is your seller workspace. It shows your own sales and lets you create a new one. The buyer pages show the offers buyers can join.

Choose a token, available quantity, expiry and a set of volume prices. Each larger quantity must have a lower price. Publishing reserves your inventory, and the published terms cannot be edited.

In a group purchase, buyers receive tokens at closing. You can cancel before direct buyers commit; after commitments arrive, the sale follows its closing and expiry rules. For an instant-delivery sale, buyers receive tokens immediately and the final volume may earn them a rebate.

Group fees come out of seller proceeds. A broker commission is optional for group purchases and is shown separately in the review.

You pay the original purchase price and receive tokens immediately. If enough buyers purchase before closing, the volume schedule can reduce everyone’s effective price.

The possible rebate is held back from seller proceeds. After the campaign closes, any earned rebate becomes available to claim. If no discount tier is reached, no rebate is earned and your original purchase remains final.

For example, buying 100 tokens at 0.85 USDG costs 85 USDG. If the final tier price is 0.80, your rebate is 5 USDG. This illustrates the calculation; it is not a promised return.

A buying budget belongs to you. It is not a pooled wallet shared with other people. Choose the same token, quantity and maximum price across up to eight group deals you would accept.

Only one qualifying deal can spend that budget. Expressing interest in several groups does not multiply your money or guarantee a place in each. A budget can be cancelled while it remains unused; a purchase already completed cannot be undone.

If no eligible seller offers exist yet, there is nothing to attach the budget to. You can still browse group deals and return when a suitable sale is available.

Choose a token in Buy together to find its group sales in one place. Buyers from different rooms can join the same seller’s deal. Select a room you belong to before contributing or sharing; the deal shows how much each room brought. Those contributions count together toward that sale’s volume tiers.

To purchase from more than one seller, select up to eight deals for the same token and review a combined purchase. Enter a quantity and price limit for each. The review shows the total USDG required; you confirm each contribution separately. Completed contributions remain committed if a later one fails. Each seller’s group closes separately under its published rules.

If you want only one purchase, use Buying budgets instead. That reserves one amount for any one of the acceptable groups. Selecting several alternatives does not multiply your budget. Neither approach merges sellers’ inventories, rewrites published terms or guarantees a combined discount across separate sales.

Use Share on a deal or Invite on a room. The panel generates a link to that exact item and a downloadable image containing its details. Edit the post, then copy it or open the X or Telegram composer. A deal shared from a selected room keeps its room attribution in the link; contributors must belong to that room to use the attribution.

X and Telegram buttons prepare the text and link. Use Share image where your browser supports file sharing, or download the PNG and attach it yourself in the social app. BIND never posts on your behalf. The image records details when generated; recipients must open the current deal to check availability and terms.

The hosted review site is private: recipients need access to open its links. A public deployment uses its own public domain. Demo deals and images are labelled as simulations. Demo rooms live in the originating browser, so their invitation links illustrate the flow without creating a cross-device conversation.

Open Wallet & settings to see the selected account, address, network and balances. You can copy your address, show its QR code, refresh balances, switch to the supported network or disconnect. In demo mode this page manages the selected example account and simulated balances.

Settings contains display and notification preferences. Wallet settings includes wallet-specific controls, and Trading permissions manages delegated trading limits. These routes stay accessible on mobile through the top bar and local navigation.

A receiving address and QR code identify the currently connected wallet; they do not bridge assets or choose a network for the sender. Use the supported network and correct token contracts. Claimable group refunds and rebates are managed from My trades → Group purchases, separately from the balance already in your wallet.

Rooms are public conversations around trading. Join a room to participate. Private messages connect two signed-in wallet accounts and can include links to funded offers.

In demo mode you can create rooms, edit profiles and send example messages using the demo accounts. These conversations are stored on your device and are visible to anyone who uses that browser. Switch accounts to try the other side. Demo room links do not transfer that local history to another device.

In wallet mode, sign in with your wallet to create a profile, join rooms or send messages. Browsing public rooms does not require signing in. Real conversations and profiles belong to the signed-in wallet, separately from the demo accounts.

A chat message is a discussion, not authorization to move funds. Open the linked offer and confirm its terms to trade. Private messages are stored by the site operator and are not end-to-end encrypted.

The community treasury, also called the War Room, is an additional governance area. Where configured, eligible holders can propose and vote on spending. A vote does not automatically pay a recipient; the authorized treasury owner executes the expenditure.

Spot offers let the buyer, seller or both cover the disclosed fees. The demo platform fee is 0.25%; the live rate comes from the connected contract. An optional broker commission is part of the displayed total. A referrer’s allocation comes from the platform fee.

Group purchases and rebate sales deduct the platform fee from seller proceeds. Network gas is separate from BIND’s service fees.

A pool comparison is a quote for the same token quantity on the configured routes. Its timestamp and cost coverage matter. It does not promise that the alternative trade would execute at that price. The current comparison does not include network gas, and the app does not charge a share of estimated savings.

Trading permissions, also called AUTOBIND, let a chosen delegate accept trades for you. You set the token, direction, permitted counterparty, price limit, spending limits and expiry. Assets and proceeds go to you.

A permission does not fund a purchase or start an autonomous trading strategy. It defines what that delegate is allowed to execute. Review or revoke permissions in Settings → Trading permissions.

Demo mode uses example accounts and simulated token balances. Switching the demo account lets you try both sides of a trade. It never moves real money. Demo trades are stored in this demo workspace and may be visible to its other viewers.

Open Group deals and press Load demo deals. BIND creates funded sample sales from Atlas and Kaito, then selects Alex as the buyer. Choose ABC or WETH, open a deal and fund a contribution that meets a tier. You can also create your own sale from Sell to a group. Switch accounts to try its buyer side.

Wallet trading requires a configured deployment and a connected wallet on its supported network. When it is unavailable, Continue in demo opens the simulated experience where the hosted app permits it. A connected wallet alone does not activate undeployed contracts. Production deployments can disable demo access.

This product has not received Shariah certification. Its assets and exact transaction terms still need review. The interface does not promise investment returns or a future exit price.
